The problem is capitalist globalization, not "hate." Even with a fairly low growth rate, say two to three percent, a global population rapidly headed for 10 or 12 billion can't help but occasion massive social and cultural dislocation via "immigration," whether legal or illegal. To interpret all complaints about the loss of local control entailed in being swamped by newcomers and governed by phony internationalists as a form of "racism" makes it impossible for political dialogue to occur. "Hate groups," "hate crimes," and "hate speech" are all very vaguely defined buzz words that contribute heavily to the "divide and conquer" strategy sensible people rightly dislike.
So let's stop using them.
